SPECIAL EFFECTS WORKSHOPS
Come out and learn how to make gelatin prosthetic wounds. In this Special Effects workshop you will learn the detailed steps in the creation of gelatin plate molds and gelatin prosthetics casting. Participants will sculpt various small-scale wounds such as scars, cuts, bullet holes, abrasions, burns, zombie flesh or diseased tissue. After creating the prosthetic, you will learn how to apply and paint the final piece. All participants will take home the plate molds and prosthetics they have created. Gelatin prosthetics are commonly used for special effects in the Film Industry.
